Turnaround of a
Promotions Marketing Fulfilment business
A well established promotions marketing fulfilment business was struggling for survival. Capturing more market share was extremely difficult in a mature market, while increasing prices would have been suicide in a very competitive environment.
By re-examining the assets and operations of the company, we were able to formulate a business rescue plan, and hold off creditors. We were able to introduce technology to streamline the work. By moving to more modern and appropriate premises, the former office building in a desirable location was able to be sold for residential development.
